Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
To cancel, go to My Orders in your account and click Cancel Order.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery (see Replacement & Refund Policy).
Refund Policy
If your order is canceled successfully before shipping, full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Exceptions & Important Notes
Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
In case of partial cancellations (if your order contains multiple items), refunds will be processed only for the canceled items.
Lubay reserves the right to deny cancellations or refunds if orders violate terms or are outside the allowed cancellation window.
