How to Cancel an Order
Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
If your order is still under “Processing,” you’ll see a Cancel Order button.
Click it, and your order will be canceled instantly.
Cancellation Window
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase or until the status changes to “Shipped.”
Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Instead, you may request a return after delivery (see our Returns Policy).
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you paid online (UPI, card, net banking), the refund will be initiated back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If you chose Cash on Delivery (COD), there’s no refund required.
