When Are Replacements Available?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you are eligible for a replacement.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Replacement
Log in to your account on Lubay.in.
Go to My Orders and select the order with the issue.
Click Request Replacement and provide details of the issue, including photos of the product if possible.
Our support team will review your request and confirm the replacement.
A courier will pick up the defective item (if needed), and a replacement product will be shipped promptly.
Refunds Instead of Replacement
If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days from the date the product is received by our team.
For COD orders, refunds may be issued via UPI transfer or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Important Notes
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Certain categories, like personal care items, perishables, or promotional items, may have additional conditions for replacement or refund.
Always retain your order confirmation and delivery details until the process is complete.
