After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with the courier tracking number.
Go to My Orders in your Lubay account to see real-time status.
You can also enter your tracking number on the courier’s official tracking page.
Typical Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.
Common Tracking Statuses
Processing – We’ve received your order.
Packed – Your items are being prepared.
Shipped – Your package is with the courier.
Out for Delivery – It will reach you soon!
Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.
