How It Works:
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email, WhatsApp, or SMS to monitor your package.
You can also check the delivery status through your Lubay account’s My Orders section.
Delivery Tracking Timeline:
Prepaid orders: typically delivered within 2–8 working days.
COD orders: may take over 11 working days. (if cod available)
In Case of Delay:
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, or you’re concerned about delays, please get in touch and we’ll help resolve it right away.
