What is the Refund Policy?

At Lubay, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience and stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Money Back Policy ensures a smooth and transparent refund process.

Reasons for Returned Items

  • Customers may request a refund within 24 Hours of receiving their order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Certain items (such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized orders) may not be eligible for return or refund.

How long does it take for refund?

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the replacement item is not available in stock.

  • If you simply do not like the product or change your mind, no refund or exchange will be provided.

How will you get your money back?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Wallet) or as Lubay store credit, depending on your preference.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation of return.
