How to Access Your Receipt
Log in to your Lubay account.
Go to My Orders.
Select the specific order for which you need a receipt.
Click Download Receipt to save a PDF copy to your device.
If You Need Additional Help
If you cannot find your receipt in your account, contact our support team with your order ID.
Receipts are provided for all transactions, including online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Receipts can be used for warranty claims, exchanges, or returns if applicable.
Having a digital copy of your receipt ensures that you have a secure record of your purchase at all times.
