Eligibility for Exchange:
Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for exchange.
The damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A 360° unboxing video without any edits is mandatory for initiating a replacement.

Attach a clear photo of the damaged product and the unboxing video.
Verification:
Our team will verify the damage and guide you through the exchange process.
Replacement:
Upon approval, a replacement product will be dispatched.
Important Notes:
Exchanges are not applicable for issues such as size, color, or change of mind.
All claims must include proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos) and the unboxing video.
Lubay does not accept returns under any circumstances due to our direct factory-to-customer model.
Refunds: Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
If you order a product by mistake, you can cancel the order within 3 hours by contacting our support team.
Please note that a non-refundable ₹200 COD charge applies to all cash on delivery orders.
