Partial Payment allows you to pay only a small advance amount when placing your order and pay the remaining balance at the time of delivery.

This option helps you reserve your order while giving you the flexibility to pay most of the amount later.

How It Works

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Select Partial Payment (Advance + COD) during checkout.

Step 2 – Pay the Advance

Pay the required advance amount online to confirm your order.

Step 3 – Order Confirmation

Once your advance payment is successful, your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

Step 4 – Delivery

When your order arrives, simply pay the remaining balance to the delivery partner (or online before delivery, if available).

Why is there a Partial COD Charge?

Cash on Delivery orders involve additional operational costs such as:

• Courier COD handling charges
• Higher return and cancellation risks
• Additional payment processing
• Order verification costs

Therefore, a small Partial COD Convenience Charge is added to orders placed using the Partial Payment option.

Customers choosing Full Prepaid receive our Prepaid Discount, making it the most economical payment method.

Payment Structure

Advance Payment

• A fixed advance amount is collected during checkout.
• The advance amount will be shown before payment.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful advance payment.

Remaining Balance

The balance amount can be paid:

• Cash to the delivery partner (where available), or
• Online before delivery using the payment link shared by Lubay.

After successful advance payment, you will receive:

Delivery Process

If You Chose Partial COD

When your order arrives:

• Please inspect the outer package before making the remaining payment.
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and immediately contact Lubay Customer Support.

If You Paid the Remaining Amount Online

No additional payment will be required during delivery.

Simply receive your order.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance Payment

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, the advance payment becomes non-refundable because it covers payment gateway charges, order processing, packaging, and operational expenses.

Remaining Balance Paid Online

• Fully refundable if the order is cancelled before shipment.
• If cancelled after shipment, applicable return shipping and processing charges may be deducted.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed after two delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect delivery information:

• The order will be cancelled.
• The advance payment will not be refunded.
• Any remaining balance already paid online will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

Please note:

• Prepaid discounts are available only for customers who pay the entire order amount online.
• Discount coupons, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns may not apply to Partial Payment orders unless specifically mentioned.
• The advance payment amount remains fixed regardless of any promotional offers.
