I would like to return my order

At Lubay, we do not accept returns due to our direct factory-to-customer model. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement under specific conditions.

Replacement Process:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us at lubayindia@gmail.com with your order details and a clear photo of the damaged product, along with a 360° unboxing video without any edits.

  2. Verification: Our team will verify the damage and guide you through the exchange process.

  3. Replacement: Upon approval, we will dispatch a replacement product.

Important Notes: 
  • Exchanges are not applicable for issues such as size, color, or change of mind.

  • All claims must include proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos).

  • Lubay does not accept returns under any circumstances due to our direct factory-to-customer model.
