What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at lubayindia@gmail.com within 1 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include a clear photo of the damaged product and a 360° unboxing video without any edits.

  3. Verification: Our team will verify the damage and guide you through the exchange process.

  4. Replacement: Upon approval, we will dispatch a replacement product.

Important Notes:
  • Exchanges are not applicable for issues such as size, color, or change of mind.

  • All claims must include proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos).

  • Lubay does not accept returns under any circumstances due to our direct factory-to-customer model.
