📦 Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for exchange.

    • The damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • A 360° unboxing video without any edits is mandatory for initiating a replacement.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Report the Issue:

      • Contact us at support@lubay.in with your order details.

      • Attach a clear photo of the damaged product and the unboxing video.

    2. Verification:

      • Our team will verify the damage and guide you through the exchange process.

    3. Replacement:

      • Upon approval, a replacement product will be dispatched.

  • Important Notes:

    • Exchanges are not applicable for issues such as size, color, or change of mind.

    • All claims must include proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos) and the unboxing video.

    • Lubay does not accept returns under any circumstances due to our direct factory-to-customer model.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Refunds (Exception): If the replacement item is not available in stock, only then will a refund be issued.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • If you order a product by mistake, you can cancel the order within 3 hours by contacting our support team.

    • Please note that a non-refundable ₹200 COD charge applies to all cash on delivery orders.
