💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: All orders are shipped free of charge across India.

  • COD Fee: A non-refundable ₹200 COD charge applies to all cash on delivery orders.

  • Third-Party Couriers: We partner with reliable third-party shipping companies to handle deliveries. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances might lead to occasional delays.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To address any product issues, we request that you provide an unboxing video. This step is compulsory for initiating replacements or addressing concerns. Refunds will not be processed without the video evidence.

  • Order Finality: Once an order is confirmed, it becomes binding. We regret to inform you that order cancellations will not be accommodated.

⚠️ Delivery Delays & Issues

  • Possible Delays: Certain circumstances, such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or unforeseen events, might cause delays in the delivery schedule. We appreciate your patience during such instances.

  • Scam Alert: For prepaid orders, please inform us if the courier asks for additional charges at the time of delivery. In case of prepaid orders, you will never need to pay any amount other than the amount given on the website.

🔄 Product Replacements

  • Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

    • The replacement request must be initiated within  24 hours of receiving the product.

    • The product must be unused, and all original tags and packaging must be intact.

    • You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the issue to support your request.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for any reason. If you don’t like the product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded
