“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are not right to cancel order from our site because our dealing are very fast we will deliver the product with in 2-5 days that's why. One's you order a product we will deliver the product within few days. If there is any damages on the product at that time we will replace the product with in few days we have the criteria of replacement only. If you are order product by mistake you want to cancel the product within 3 hours. At that time we will accept your cancellation. If you are order by mistake you can contact our support team to cancel the product

Conditions for Returns
We don't accept returns. But you can replace the product incase there is any damages but there is a criteria for replacement. You should take the 360° opening video and send to our WhatsApp

If there is no opening video you can't able to replace the product from our side
There is one more thing if you are order product with Cash on delivery we will charge 200 rs in advance for order confirmation. It is not refundable because it's a charge for courier we can't able to give back.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
