At Lubay, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist with exchanges for damaged products under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only applicable for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- The damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- Verification:
- Once our team verifies the damage, we will guide you through the exchange process.
- Replacement:
- Upon approval, we will dispatch a replacement product.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are not applicable for issues such as size, color, or change of mind.
- All claims must include proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos).
- Lubay does not accept returns under any circumstances due to our direct factory-to-customer model.
